Questions
Zenoo vs ComplyAdvantage, asked and answered.
Is Zenoo a ComplyAdvantage alternative?
For screening data, no. Zenoo is case management. It runs the screening provider you choose, ComplyAdvantage included, and puts the result on one case with every other check for that customer. If you ever change screening provider, you change it inside Zenoo and your team keeps working the same way.
Can we keep our ComplyAdvantage contract?
Yes. Checks run under your own contract. Zenoo connects to your account and receives the results onto the case.
Does ComplyAdvantage have case management?
Yes. ComplyAdvantage Mesh has case management for its screening hits, with an audit trail. The difference is scope: a Zenoo case holds every check on the customer, from every provider, including identity, documents and company ownership.
Does Zenoo clear hits automatically?
No. Zenoo researches the hit and suggests the next step with its sources. A person clears every hit and approves every customer, and both are kept on the record.
Does Zenoo do transaction monitoring?
No. Zenoo is for onboarding and ongoing case work on customers and companies. It works alongside the monitoring you already run.
