No. We are working towards ISO 27001 certification, and we will share our security documentation with you during evaluation.

Where is our data stored?

In the EU or the US region, or on a dedicated UK tenant. We agree the region with you before go-live.

Does the AI make decisions about our customers?

No. It reads the evidence and suggests the next step with its sources. A person makes every call, and both are on the record.

Can we see who looked at a customer's ID document?

Yes. Opening a blurred ID document or selfie is written to the record with who opened it and when.
