Questions
Zenoo vs Alloy, asked and answered.
Is Zenoo an Alloy alternative?
They solve different parts of the job. Alloy decides on applications automatically through rules, models and AI. Zenoo is the case your team works when a customer needs a person: every provider's result on one record, an Inbox, and an approval that stays locked until the file is complete.
Does Alloy have case management?
Yes. Alloy has AML case management for monitoring alerts, with an audit trail and SAR e-filing with FinCEN. Zenoo's case is the customer at onboarding and review, with every check from every provider on it.
Can the AI make decisions in Zenoo?
No. Zenoo suggests the next step with its sources, and a person makes every decision. Both are kept on the record.
Where is our data held?
In Zenoo, in the EU or US region, or on a dedicated UK tenant, agreed with you before go-live. Alloy's security page says its data centre is in the United States.
Can we keep our data providers?
Yes. Keep the providers you have under your own contracts, and add others from the Zenoo Marketplace when you need them.
